Balarte is a perfect symbiosis of design and traditional architecture in a beautiful landscape. Every room has its own privat terrace. We had a fabulous breakfast with typical sicilian influence - changing every day!
You can´t have dinner at balarte in the evening; so the best and nearest is to drive to Modica.

We got there very late so did not spend a lot of time there, how ever nothing was a problem for the owner, she was very friendly even though she spoke little english ,we still got by, Very clean spaciuos and modern interior,
The hotel was situated up a long country narrow lane, and was very hard to find, espescially in the dark.

Nestled in a beautiful area at 5 km from the town center, this hotel offers a unique and contemporary experience. Each room is designed by a different artist, ensuring a diverse and creative atmosphere. the breakfast served in the open-air area is remarkable, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy the spacious grounds and take in the peaceful surroundings. the attentive staff, particularly Julia, provide excellent service and make guests feel at home.
At times, the location can be challenging to find, especially in the dark.

The Clarins bath things! The staff were friendly and the place was clean and good for a couple of nights.
The hotel is very modern in design and was a bit dark inside. Our room felt a bit clinical and was very minimalistic. We stayed at three hotels in Sicily over ten days and this was our least favourite.

The staff was super helpful and amazing - made me feel at home. The room was gorgeous, comfy, and had a great bathroom with good products. The outside area, especially the pool, was beautiful and perfect for relaxation.
All good.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The location within the fields was perfect for relaxation, giving me an excellent opportunity to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The service provided by the friendly and attentive staff was top-notch, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The room amenities were exceptional, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, an in-room safe, a dining table. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail.
Families will especially love this place. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones.

What a great experience! the hotel is set in a quiet location, perfect for those who want to get away from the crowds. the rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated, and the homemade breakfast is delicious. We really enjoyed the fact that they offer Clarins and Maison Margiela amenities, and that the hotel is conveniently located near major attractions. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!
Though the patio and rooms look trendy, we found the white cubes to be uncomfortable and awkward to use. We would have preferred some comfortable chairs and a garden table instead.

Spacious rooms and tasty breakfast
During my recent business trip, I stayed at a hotel located a bit far from the city center, but with a tranquil atmosphere that made my stay quite enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, providing a respite from the heat. the breakfast was delicious and varied, offering many homemade options that were a real treat.
The main downside of the hotel was its location, which made it a bit challenging to get to and from the city center without a car. , while the hotel's design was trendy and stylish, it sometimes compromised functionality.
